Nebraska plans to replace all of the screening tool materials with an SDM intake screening tool, which is still in draft, effective 3/1/12. The screening definitions are also being changed. Two of Nebraska’s five service areas are using Structured Decision Making and the other three will transition from the safety intervention model to one of structured decision making over the next months. The policy material is also being changed.
